Fred called the meeting to order at 6:41 p.m. <br /> II. Fred moved to approve the January 2020 minutes with one correction. The annual <br /> report of the Hillsborough Arts Council <br /> was "going to the printer"but is not yet filed. Doris seconded. <br /> III. Executive Committee Update <br /> a. OCACommission Advisory Board Nominations <br /> i. Krista Bremer, The Sun <br /> We need to look for another good fit as our board needs to be filled at all <br /> times. Possibilities are a working <br /> musician or a literary person. <br /> b. 2020 OCACouncil Officers <br /> i) President—Tim Hoke <br /> ii) Vice-president—Doris Friend <br /> iii) Secretary—Ashley Nissler <br /> iv) Treasurer—TBD <br /> c. OCACouncil Nominations <br /> i) Caterri Woodrum <br /> IV. Director's Report: <br /> a. Eno Mill Project. More tours are being given and applications are coming in. The <br /> panel will meet on February 21. <br /> Target move-in is March 15. A one-year residency will be offered to artist <br /> William Paul Thomas. Katie's office is moving to the mill. <br /> b. State of the Arts event(April board meeting). The director of Arts NC has asked <br /> that the event take place in April. This will be either a breakfast or a <br />
