Both School systems have provided summaries for several of the agenda <br /> items, as well as supplemental information and attachments. The appropriate page numbers <br /> and/or attachment numbers are referenced in each agenda item. <br /> Welcome and Opening Remarks — Chair Rich, Chair Wolf, and Chair MacKenzie <br /> 1. COVID Updates <br /> Both School systems will provide updates on the effects of COVID-19 on their district as it <br /> relates to the seven (7) items listed under this agenda topic. See Attachment A, pages 2- <br /> 15 in the CHCCS information. OCS will provide information/updates at the meeting. <br /> 2. School Resource Officers — task forces <br /> Both School systems will provide information on this item. See Attachment A, page 17 in <br /> the CHCCS information. OCS will provide information at the meeting. <br /> 3. Budget <br /> Both School Systems have provided updates on CARES spending in both districts, as <br /> well as updates/status of their 2016 Bond Projects. See Attachment A, pages 18-21 and <br /> 23-28 in the CHCCS information, as well as two (2) spreadsheets on the Chapel Hill High <br />
