Vacancies <br />Any vacancy on the Board is to be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term. <br />Removal <br />5 <br />Any member of the Advisory Board may be removed by the Board of Commissioners upon <br />atwo-thirds vote of the Comrissioners. No cause for removal shall be required. A member <br />may also be removed by a majority vote of the Board after a member has been <br />recorded with three consecutive unexcused absences. <br />Board Procedure <br />The Board shall develop procedures for the conduct of its meetings, in addition to those <br />listed here, which shall be consistent with this ordinance, other provisions of State law, <br />and Robert's Rules of Order. <br />1. Chair and Vice-Chair <br />The Board shall elect a Chair and Vice-Chair each year at its February meeting. The <br />Chair shall preside over all regular or special meetings of the Board, In the absence <br />or disability of the Chair, the Vice-chair shall preside and shall exercise all the <br />powers of the Chair. Additional officers may be elected as needed. The Chair and <br />Vice-Chair shall serve terms of one (1) year and shall be eligible for re-election. <br />Both may be eligible to succeed themselves for three (.3) terms. <br />2. Advisory Board Year <br />The Board shall use the Orange County fiscal year as its meeting year. <br />3. Meetin>?s <br />Regulaz meetings of the Board shall be held on the third Wednesday of each month <br />at a time established by the Board. When the regular meeting day falls on a legal <br />holiday, the Board may call a special meeting. <br />Special meetings may be called by the Chair or by written request of two (2) <br />members of the Board, submitted to the Boazd or the Chair, Written or oral notice of <br />
