19 <br />e) The minimum lot size for a Country Inn using a private well and septic <br />system shall be no less than ten (10) acres. A Country Inn may be <br />permitted on lots of less than ten (10) acres if the tract is currently served <br />by public water and sewer subject to the review and approval of the <br />appropriate agencies, and the County Engineer; or if the tract will receive <br />public services as part of a larger development project such as a planned <br />development or village flexible development. <br />~ The applicant shall be responsible for satisfying all review and <br />permitting requirements of other public agencies including but not <br />limited to NCDOT driveway permits. <br />Section 5: Amend Article 12 Landscaping and Buffer Requirements to read as follows: <br />12.7 Requirements for Special Use Permits <br />p.
