11 <br />e) The minimum lot size for a Country Inn using a private well and septic <br />system shall be no less than ten (10) acres. A Country Inn may be <br />permitted on lots of less than ten (10) acres if the tract is currently served <br />by public water and sewer subject to the review and approval of the <br />appropriate agencies, and the County Engineer; or if the tract will receive <br />public services as part of a larger development project such as a planned <br />development or village flexible development. <br />f) The applicant shall be responsible for satisfying all review and permitting <br />requirements of other public agencies including but not limited to NCDOT <br />driveway permits. <br />Section 5: Amend Article 10 Qff-Street Parking and Loading to read as follows: <br />10.4 Off~treet Parking Requirements <br />H-14 Rural Guest Establishments -One space per guest room. <br />Section 6: Amend Article 12 Landscaping and Buffer Requirements to read as follows: <br />12.7 Requirements for Special Use Permits <br />p.
