He has extensive experience in working as a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Substance <br /> Use Disorder Specialist, Recovery Advocate, a CSAC-I, Trainer, Facilitator, Program Developer, Public <br /> Speaker and Change Strategist. He also serves on the North Carolina Commission for Mental Health, <br /> Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services. Troy is highly respected in the addiction and <br /> recovery fields and spends his life working to remove barriers to recovery for people with Substance Use <br /> Disorders. He supports their family members and works to educate those in high places to understand the <br /> impact of both addiction and recovery on individuals, families, communities, society and the workplace.
