The Bed and Breakfast shall be operated according to the site plan and written narrative <br />supplied by the applicant and in compliance with the above conditions. <br />4. The Fire Marshal and shall inspect and approve the facility to ensure that proper fire <br />detection devices are in place and operational prior to commencing operation (after the <br />Special Use Permit is recorded). <br />5. The applicant shall obtain a NCDOT Driveway Permit prior to commencing operation. <br />$. The Special Use Permit shall be valid for a period of six (ti) years, at which time it shall be <br />subject to renewal. <br />9. The Planning Director shall consider a waiver of the land use buffer requirement along NC <br />Hwy 57. <br />This Special Use Permit, Class A shall become effective upon approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Orange County Commissioners, that <br />the Class A Special Use Permit for the Olive Branch Inn Bed ~ Breakfast is approved in <br />accordance with the above mentioned conditions and attached Site Plan dated March 23, 2001. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner ,seconded by Commissioner <br />the foregoing resolution was adopted this the day of , 2001. <br />I, Beverly A Blythe, Clerk to the board of Commissioners for the County of Orange, <br />North Carolina.
