The Bed and Breakfast shall be operated according to the site plan and written narrative <br />supplied by the applicant and in compliance with the above conditions. <br />4. The Fire Marshal and shall inspect and approve the facility to ensure that proper fire <br />detection devices are in place and operational prior to commencing operation (after the <br />Special Use Permit is recorded). <br />5. The applicant shall obtain a NCDOT Driveway Permit prior to commencing operation. <br />$. The Special Use Permit shall be valid for a period of six (ti) years, at which time it shall be <br />subject to renewal. <br />9.
