30 <br /> The Orange County Planning Board began review of this application at its August 5, <br /> 2020 regular meeting and continued review at a special meeting on August 19, <br /> 2020. At the August 19 special meeting, the Planning Board voted 6-4 to <br /> recommend approval of the application.
