Owner is the owner of that certain real property located in Orange County,North Carolina,bearing PIN <br /> Number 9863916573 and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto(the"Property"). <br /> B. Buyer is under contract to purchase the Property and in connection therewith ha" made and/or intends to <br /> make certain applications to the County for land use amendments,map amendments,rezoning,zoning amendments,site plan <br /> approval,permits,and other approvals and entitlements necessary or desired in connection with the proposed purchase and/or <br /> development of the Property(the"Entitlement Requests"). <br /> C.
