49 <br /> a. RTLP shall adhere to required buffers as detailed within Section 6.13 Stream Buffers of <br /> the UDO. <br /> 2. INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY: <br /> a. Through lease agreements, covenants, and other similar deed restrictions the developer <br /> shall require that: <br /> i. Smoking be prohibited within a building or that there be designated smoking areas <br /> within a structure.
