RTLP shall allow for a Maximum Building Height of 60 feet; however, accessory <br /> structures may exceed 60 feet. <br /> 5. All 100-year floodplains as regulated by FEMA and streams as regulated by the State <br /> within the Project shall be buffered and maintained in accordance with applicable <br /> County regulations as contained in Article 6.13 of the UDO, <br /> 6. A Letter of Map Revision has been submitted to FEMA to amend the 100-year flood <br /> elevation on the subject project.
