Natural and man-made pedestrian/bicycle paths <br /> SECTION 2-1-2 EXCLUDED LAND USES <br /> The Uses allowed in RTLP shall be broadly construed to allow for a wide range of uses and shall <br /> generally be allowed unless set forth on the following list of uses expressly prohibit: <br /> 1. Animal Slaughtering and Processing; <br /> 2. Vegetable Fats/Oil Manufacturing and Processing; <br /> 3. Concrete Batching Plant; <br /> 4. Leather and Hide Tanning; <br /> 5. Petroleum and Coal Processing, Preparation, and Distribution including Asphalt Plants; <br /> 6. Pulp, Paper, and Paperboard Mills; <br /> 7. Sawmills; <br /> 8. Uranium Mining; <br /> 9. Land Fills; <br /> 10. Body alteration (i.e.tattoo artist, body piercing, etc.); <br /> 11. Cemetery; <br /> 12. Crematoria; <br /> 13. Funeral Home; <br /> 14. Pawnshop/Payday Loan. <br /> 15. Junk/Salvage yard; <br /> 16. Massage Business; <br /> 17. Sexually Oriented Business; <br /> SECTION 2-2 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> SECTION 2-2-1 LAND USE INTENSITY <br /> Land use intensity for the RTLP shall be regulated in accordance with the following: <br /> 1. The maximum floor area ratio shall be 0.65, <br /> 2. RTLP shall not be subject to any specific impervious area restrictions, except those <br /> necessary to meet or exceed the goals of the Falls Lake Watershed, <br /> 3. RTLP shall maintain a blended minimum percentage of open/landscaped space of <br /> twenty-five percent (25%) for the entire project.
