Comment: Page 4— I.B.4.i -Water/Sewer improvements: Provide language indicating <br /> the extension of applicable utility lines shall be in accordance with Town of <br /> Hillsborough's utility extension protocols/policies. <br /> Staff recommends additional language be added defining/clarifying what a `looped' <br /> water line system will entail. For example, where will the connection(s) be made (i.e. off <br /> Old NC Highway 86 near David Road, a new water line running parallel with Interstate <br /> 40 connecting to existing lines off Orange Grove Road, etc.). <br /> There also should be some mention of required permitting to install the new utility <br /> lines. <br /> This detail will need to be present on the utility master plan contained in Exhibit D as <br /> well. <br />
