32 <br /> Exhibit A <br /> Property Description <br /> Being all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Hillsborough Township, Orange County, North <br /> Carolina, and being more particularly described as: <br /> BEING ALL of that tract of land, containing approximately 100 acres, described in that deed from Marshall L. Cates and <br /> wife, Bera D. Cates to C.H. Pegg dated May 19, 1960 and recorded in Book 178, Page 361, Orange County Registry, to <br /> which deed reference is hereby made for a more particular description. <br /> LESS AND EXCEPT: (i) that tract of land, containing approximately 8.5 acres, conveyed to the Department of <br /> Transportation of the State of North Carolina by deed recorded in Book 394, Page 319, Orange County Registry; and (ii) <br /> that tract of land, containing approximately 2.7 acres, conveyed to Allen and Sally Addison by deed recorded in Book 894, <br /> Page 637, Orange County Registry. <br /> Said tract of land, less and except the aforementioned two(2)out-conveyances,is more particularly shown and depicted as <br /> that tract containing approximately 90.372 acres on that plat entitled 'Boundary Survey for Eleanor S.
