31 <br /> OWNER AUTHORIZATION AND CONSENT <br /> (LAND USE,REZONING AND ENTITLEMENTS) <br /> THIS OWNER AUTHORIZATION AND CONSENT ("Authorization") is made and entered into as of the date <br /> set forth below, by SUZANNE MCGRADY (FKA SUZANNE UPTON) of 11508 Bridgetender Drive, Richmond, VA <br /> 23233 ("Owner"), for the benefit of TERRA EQUITY, INC., a Texas corporation and/or its successors and assigns <br /> ('Buyer"), and ORANGE COUNTY,NORTH CAROLINA(the"County"); <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Owner is the owner of that certain real property located in Orange County, North Carolina, bearing PIN <br /> Number 9863-71-8857 and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto(the"Property"). <br /> B. Buyer is under contract to purchase the Property and in connection therewith has made and/or intends to <br /> make certain applications to the County for land use amendments, map amendments, rezoning, zoning amendments, site <br /> plan approval,permits,and other approvals and entitlements necessary or desired in connection with the proposed purchase <br /> and/or development of the Property(the"Entitlement Requests"). <br /> C.
