Water and Sewer: Utility lines, to be maintained by the Town of <br /> Hillsborough, will be extended under Interstate 40 to serve the <br /> project. <br /> Surrounding Land NORTH: Interstate 40; agricultural operation and single-family <br /> Uses: residential property zoned Economic Development Hillsborough <br /> Limited Office (EDH-2) and Rural Residential (R-1) <br /> approximately 110 acres in area. <br />
