Both seek to make improvements to Old NC 86 at and north of the 1-40 interchange, but no <br /> improvements are planned in the immediate vicinity of the site. <br /> The traffic forecast for 1-3306A was revised in July 2019 and states that Assumptions and changes in the distribution <br /> of population and employment in the forecast study area are implicit in the Triangle Regional Model (TRMv6)that was <br /> updated in May of 2019. The rezoning for Settler's Pointe occurred on January 23,2018. Therefore,the zoning of <br /> this project was included and therefore the development was accounted for in the traffic forecast. <br /> 11 <br />
