e. Fire-flow test(s) of all installed hydrants shall be conducted, in <br />coordination with the Town of Hillsborough and Orange County <br />Emergency Services, to ensure compliance with applicable State Fire <br />Code standards. <br />VIII OTHER: <br />a.
