<br />a. RTLP shall adhere to required buffers as detailed within Section 6.13 Stream Buffers of <br />the UDO. <br /> <br />2. INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY: <br />a. Through lease agreements, covenants, and other similar deed restrictions the developer <br />shall require that: <br />i. Smoking be prohibited within a building or that there be designated smoking areas <br />within a structure. If smoking areas are designated within a building, they shall be <br />so located to effectively contain, capture, and remove ETS from the building, <br />ii.
