RTLP shall allow for a Maximum Building Height of 60 feet; however, accessory <br />structures may exceed 60 feet. <br />5. All 100-year floodplains as regulated by FEMA and streams as regulated by the State <br />within the Project shall be buffered and maintained in accordance with applicable <br />County regulations as contained in Article 6.13 of the UDO, <br />6. A Letter of Map Revision has been submitted to FEMA to amend the 100-year flood <br />elevation on the subject project. Development within this project shall comply with <br />the effective flood map at the time of development. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2-2-2 ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS <br /> <br />Environmental factors for the RTLP shall be regulated in accordance with the following and are <br />generally consistent with the Orange County enforced standards as detailed within Section(s) <br />6.4.2 through 6.4.7 of the UDO: <br /> <br />1. NOISE: <br />a. Noise generated by construction activities shall be regulated in accordance with generally <br />accepted construction standards for a development of similar size and scope. <br />b. Land uses within the project shall comply with the County’s noise ordinance and Section <br />6.4.3 of the UDO. <br /> <br />2. VIBRATION. <br />RTLP shall comply with any and all applicable Orange County vibration ordinance and <br />requirements. <br /> <br />3. AIR POLLUTION. RTLP shall comply with any and all applicable air quality standards <br />established by the State Environmental Management Commission and with any and all Air <br />Quality permits issued for the project. <br /> <br />4. ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE. RTLP shall comply with any and all applicable standards <br />established by the State as well as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) <br />concerning electromagnetic interference, <br /> <br />5. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. Individual tenants shall be required to demonstrate compliance <br />with any and all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations governing the storage, use, <br />and disposal of hazardous materials, <br /> <br />6.
