Land Fills; <br />10. Body alteration (i.e. tattoo artist, body piercing, etc.); <br />11. Cemetery; <br />12. Crematoria; <br />13. Funeral Home; <br />14. Pawnshop/Payday Loan. <br />15. Junk/Salvage yard; <br />16. Massage Business; <br />17. Sexually Oriented Business; <br /> <br />SECTION 2-2 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> <br />SECTION 2-2-1 LAND USE INTENSITY <br /> <br />Land use intensity for the RTLP shall be regulated in accordance with the following: <br /> <br />1. The maximum floor area ratio shall be 0.65, <br /> <br />2. RTLP shall not be subject to any specific impervious area restrictions, except those <br />necessary to meet or exceed the goals of the Falls Lake Watershed, <br />3. RTLP shall maintain a blended minimum percentage of open/landscaped space of <br />twenty-five percent (25%) for the entire project.
