Language in Section 8 (a) of the narrative should be <br />modified to indicate riparian buffers shall be maintained consistent with the <br />provision(s) of Section 6.13 of the UDO. This change will also ensure <br />consistency with language contained in Section 2-2-3 (1) (a) of the narrative. <br /> <br />Response: 1.
