Comment: Page 5 – I.B.7 - Section 2-1 Land Uses: Staff is concerned the proposed list <br />of allowable and prohibited land uses does not following existing naming or <br />organization conventions as detailed in Section 5.2 Table of Permitted Uses of the <br />UDO. We suggest additional review of our recommendation(s) on the listing of land <br />uses consistent with our June 1, 2020 email as contained in Attachment 1. <br /> <br />Response: The list of allowable land uses shall remain as previously submitted , however, <br />further discussion may be warranted. <br /> <br />390
