Future Land Useswould be used by Hillsborough and Orange County as the basis for approving zoning designations on coloredparcels and those within the boundary, consistent with the Inter-local Agreement between Orange County andHillsborough. <br />Areas outside the Urban Services Boundary with a Future Land Use designation are due to the boundarycrossing a parcel.
