Those are as follows: <br />x The westbound approach to the intersection of Old NC 86 at I-40 westbound ramps in both peak hours; <br />x The eastbound approach to the intersection of Old NC 86 at I-40 eastbound ramps in both peak hours; and <br />x The eastbound approach to the intersection of Old NC 86 at the Service Road in the PM peak hour. <br />The build level of service and delay is listed in Table 6. <br />150
