(See also, <br />Stromwater Controls) (Unless otherwise specified, "BMP", <br />refers to structural BMP's.) <br />Neuse River Basin Definition: A structural ornon-structure <br />used singularly or in combination to reduce non-point sour <br />order to achieve water quality protection goals. <br />The Neuse River Basin regulations specify that BMP's shall bE <br />inputs (i.e. nitrogen) into the streams. The zoning ordinance s <br />used to satisfy watershed requirements for most residential de <br />residential development.
