11 <br /> But the most important element of the SWIT program is interaction with the staff who <br /> themselves have been incarcerated and who have learned how to turn their experiences into life <br /> changing opportunities for those involved in the program. <br /> This program will welcome men and women from across the region and particularly Orange <br /> County. Our pool will include individuals from the Local Reentry Council, Parole, Probation, AA <br /> and NA graduates, and perhaps the Orange County Court System including the Family Drug <br /> Court. <br /> Each one-month program will cost $8,400- or$420 per participant. Under this program- <br /> understanding that the contribution from Orange County will not be applied to the housing <br /> component of Reentry House Plus- a $30,000 grant would provide instruction and support for up <br /> to 60 individuals in the Orange County area. <br /> 4.
