The architect will present the project in detail during the <br />Board meeting, As part of this agenda item, the BOCC received a project design booklet <br />outlining the details of the project in advance of this meeting. <br />The Chapel Hill Planning Board and the Transportation Board discussed the project on June 7. <br />The architect will discuss their recommendations as part of the presentation, A copy of the <br />Chapel Hill Staff report and accompanying Resolutions are provided under separate cover. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The latest construction cost estimates are consistent with the $4.9 <br />million discussed with the Board in December 2004, <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the information <br />as presented by Gurlitz Architects and provide comments and endorsement of the plans, <br />
