It is late <br /> because my tax preparer (VITA program) closed before my appointment <br /> date due to COVID 19. . <br /> When I realized that the program would not resume , I prepared my <br /> own taxes and found that I had little or no taxable income and was not <br /> required to file either federal or state tax .
