The County Manager' s Office is moving $ 1 , 800 between functions to cover expenses <br /> related to meeting facilitation for the Greene Tract property . This budget amendment <br /> provides for the moving of budgeted funds from the County Manager' s Office to the Non - <br /> Departmental section of the General Government function . <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT : There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact <br /> associated with this item . <br /> Sheriff' s Office <br /> 3 . The Sheriff' s Office has been awarded funds from the U . S . Department of Justice FY <br /> 2019 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program ( SCAAP ) in the amount of $ 67 , 359 . In <br /> June 2000 , the Sheriff' s Office entered into an agreement with Justice Benefit , Inc . to <br /> secure appropriate Federal financial assistance in recovering federal funds that are due <br /> to counties who house federal inmates . This budget amendment provides for the receipt <br /> of the additional $ 67 , 359 .
