North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) —2020 Essential Single-Family <br /> 10 Rehabilitation Loan Pool (ESFRLP20) Award <br /> 11 The Board approved the 2020 Essential Single-Family Rehabilitation Loan Pool (ESFRLP20) <br /> 12 Assistance Policy and ESFRLP20 Procurement and Disbursement Policy and authorize the <br /> 13 County Manager to sign the Funding and Written Agreement for the ESFRLP20 award from the <br /> 14 North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA). <br /> 15 <br /> 16 9. County Manager's Report <br /> 17 Bonnie Hammersley thanked the Board for its support through the budget process. <br /> 18 Bonnie Hammersley said staff is working with the Orange County Schools (OCS) on its <br /> 19 lease for IT equipment, and the Board of Education (BOE) is working on this next week. She <br /> 20 said it does require the Board's approval. She said staff will monitor this closely, and if a brief <br /> 21 zoom meeting is needed on this issue, she will let the Board know. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 10. County Attorney's Report <br /> 24 John Roberts said last week he gave the Board a report on the General Assembly bills, <br /> 25 and one issue involves agri-tourism. He said the County cannot regulate those from a land use <br /> 26 position. He said the Governor just signed a bill expanding these uses, and those who have <br /> 27 concerns should contact the legislature, as there is little the BOCC can do. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 11. *Appointments <br /> 30 <br /> 31 a.
