Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> <br />July 24, 2020 <br /> <br />SUMMARY MEETING NOTES <br />Neighborhood Information Meeting (NIM) for <br />Research Triangle Logistics Park (RTLP) <br />Master Plan Development Conditional Zoning District (MPD-CZ) <br />Application <br /> <br />Consistent with the requirement(s) of Section 2.9.2 (D) Conditional Zoning District – <br />Neighborhood Information Meeting of the Orange County Unified Development <br />Ordinance (UDO), a neighborhood information meeting (NIM) was held on Wednesday <br />July 15, 2020 for the Research Triangle Logistics Park (RTLP) Master Plan <br />Development Conditional Zoning (MPD-CZ) District application. <br />The applicant sent a notice of the meeting date, time, and on-line meeting registration <br />link to all property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject property, consistent with the <br />requirements of the UDO. <br />ATTENDEES: Frank Csapo (Applicant); Michael Birch (Attorney for Applicant); Chris <br />Bostic (Kimley Horn – Site Plan/Engineering Design for Project); Matt Peach and <br />Christa Greene (SANTEC Consulting – Traffic Engineering Firm who completed the <br />TIA); <br />Michael Harvey (Orange County Planning); <br />Franklin Garland; Joan Kalmitski; Betty Garland; Jim Garland; Bill Sudyk; Jonathan <br />Williams; Fred Tapp; Karen Vanderlinden; Joseph Shore (Adjacent Property Owners);. <br />SUMMARY OF PROJECT: <br />The applicant summarized the proposal as follows: <br />A new Zoning Atlas Amendment application for 3 parcels west of Old NC Highway 86, <br />South of Interstate 40, identified as follows: <br />• PIN 9863-71-8857: an approximately 90 acre parcel of property zoned <br />MPD-CZ, part of the Settlers Point project approved by the County in <br />2018, and Major Transportation Corridor (MTC) Overlay District; <br />Attachment 6 278
