2 <br />  <br />The project, which involves 2 parcels that were part of District 1 of the Settlers Point Master Plan Development  <br />Conditional Zoning district approved by the County in 2018, proposing the construction of over 2,250,000 square feet of  <br />health technology, information sciences and engineering, advanced  <br />manufacturing, light manufacturing, scientific research and laboratories, logistics, warehousing and supply chain  <br />fulfillment land uses.  At this time, provision of public utilities (i.e. water and sewer) will be handled by the Town of  <br />Hillsborough consistent with a utility line extension project staffs been working on for several years.  <br />  <br />Consistent with our existing courtesy review agreement, we are providing copies of the submittal for your review.  <br />  <br />Project files can be accessed via our new on‐line Permit Information Portal (PIP) in the following manner:  <br />  <br />218
