Harvey, Planner III (919) 245-2597 <br />PURPOSE: To continue review of an applicant initiated Zoning Atlas Amendment for 3 parcels <br />west of Old NC Highway 86/south of Interstate 40 to Master Plan Development Conditional <br />Zoning (MPD-CZ) district and make a r ecommendation on the application to the Board of <br />County Commissioners (BOCC).
