While the intent <br />of the Board’s action was clear, through review of the meeting recording, staff discovered that <br />the motion included reading from materials related to a subsequent agenda item. Therefore, <br />staff is asking that the Pl anning Board revisit its motion tonight and revote on th e <br />aforementioned plan amendments tonight. <br />Planning staff is not suggesting that the Planning Board revisit its discussion but for the benefit <br />of the public, following is a link to the Planning Board’s previous agendas where all of the <br />agenda packet materials from the August 5 meeting can be found. The Resolution provided <br />as Attachment 1 to this Abstract was provided on pp. 14-16 of the August 5 Planning Board <br />packet:https://www.co.orange.nc.us/AgendaCenter/Planning-Board-26 <br />The draft minutes of the August 5, 2020 meeting are included in tonight’s agenda packet as an <br />informational item. The minutes reflect the Board’s conversation immediately before the motion, <br />the motion itself, and the rollcall vote. <br />33
