Box 33550 , Raleigh, NC 27636 <br /> Return to : <br /> Orange County, <br /> STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> PIN : 9864 - 64 - 6207 . 006 <br /> MEMORANDUM OF LEASE <br /> THIS MEMORANDUM OF LEASE (this "Memorandum") is made and entered into as of <br /> a 2020 , by and between Eno River Mill , LLC , a North Carolina limited liability <br /> company (" andlord") , and Orange County, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina <br /> (" Tenant") . <br /> ..4andlord and Tenant are parties to that certain Lease Agreement dated on or about i r <br /> (the "Lease") for approximately 2 , 970 rentable square feet more particularly described therein <br /> (the "Premises") . The Premises are located at 437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Hillsborough, NC 27217 on the <br /> real property more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference . <br /> The term of the Lease commenced on & ykk p _, 2020 and is scheduled to expire on <br /> 20� Tenant has one option to extend the ter of the Lease for five ( 5 ) additional years on <br /> the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in the Lease . <br /> Tenant shall cooperate in causing this Memorandum to be promptly terminated of record <br /> following the expiration or prior termination of the Lease . Nonetheless , this Memorandum may be <br /> terminated of record by unilateral action of Landlord upon the occurrence of an Event Default by Tenant <br /> under the Lease (including thee expiration of applicable notice and cure periods) or the valid termination <br /> of the Lease for any reason prior to the expiration of the term of the Lease . <br /> This Memorandum is not a complete summary of the Lease . The sole purpose of this <br /> Memorandum is to give notice of the Lease and all of its terms , covenants , and conditions to the same <br /> extent as if the Lease were fully set forth herein . Provisions in this Memorandum shall not be used to <br /> interpret the Lease Agreement and, in the event of a conflict between this Memorandum and the Lease, <br /> the latter shall control . <br /> OCAC Lease Page 32 <br />
