Request for Road Additions to the State Maintained Secondary Road System for <br /> Sweetflaq Lane in The Forest at Little River Subdivision <br /> The Board voted to make a recommendation to the North Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation (NCDOT), and the North Carolina Board of Transportation (NC BOT), <br /> concerning a petition to add Sweetflag Lane in The Forest at Little River Subdivision to the <br /> State Maintained Secondary Road System. <br /> c. Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance —Approval and Certification of 2020 <br /> Report <br /> The Board approved and certified the 2020 Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br /> Technical Advisory Committee (SAPFOTAC) Report. <br /> d. Audit Contract Renewal Extension for Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC <br /> The Board voted to exercise the second of three one-year renewal options for Mauldin & <br /> Jenkins to perform audit services for Orange County pursuant to Request for Proposals (RFP) <br /> 5215 of the original audit contract approved by Board of County Commissioners on March 22, <br /> 2016; authorize the requisite County signatures as required by the North Carolina Local <br /> Government Commission; and authorize staff to pursue a new RFP during the upcoming year <br /> for audit services for Orange County beginning with the FY 2020-21 financial and compliance <br /> audit. <br /> e.
