VI. Evaluation Criteria <br />8 <br />The evaluation criteria below will be used in reviewing and ranking housing bond fund <br />proposals. Additional guidelines may need to be added to these depending upon the location and <br />nature of the project. <br />All projects that score above 60 points will be funded as long as band funding is available. The <br />score of 60 must be derived from points earned in each evaluation category. <br />A. Further, Transitional Housing and Single Raom Occupancy <br />projects will be considered Acquisition for Low Income Rental Housing. <br />Projects will be ranked according to their the type of housing and the percentage of <br />median income the project is designed to serve. Specifically, points will be awarded in <br />the following manner. <br />a, Critical (C) - 25 <br />b. Medium (M) --12 <br />c. High (H) --18 <br />d. Low (L) - 6 <br />e. N/A -Nat applicable - 0 <br />
