These projects were submitted by EmPOWERment, Incorporated. A statement of <br />the committee's findings is included with this abstract. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The recommended bond projects will commit the remaining $1,110,000 <br />in 1997 bond funding and is leveraged by approximately $5,505,740 in other funds. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board awards funding to the <br />recommended bond projects and authorizes the Manager to issue a Letter of Commitment <br />detailing the conditions of award. <br />
