Such disclosures are forwarded from tier to tier up to the <br />recipient. <br /> <br />Procurement of Recovered Materials <br />Contractor and subcontractor must comply with Section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, Pub. L. No. 89-272 (1965) <br />(codifiedas amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act at 42 USC § 6962), and the regulatory provisions of <br />40 CFR Part 247.
