Rural Economic Development Loan Agreement and Legally Binding Commitment, Private Owner BUILDING REUSE PROGRAM – Revision #3 EXHIBIT E 2020-025-3201-2587 Legally Binding Commitment - 11 to repair, or to work around, such damage or destruction reasonably promptly, and (d) as a direct result of such damage or destruction the Owner cannot satisfy the requirements and obligations of Sections 3 of this Agreement as and when this Agreement requires, then the Owner will be entitled to an extension of time not to exceed sixty (60) days to satisfy the requirements and obligations of Section 3 of this Agreement; provided that the Governmental Unit in its sole discretion with respect to the obligations it is owed by the Owner, may elect to extend that sixty day period to give the Owner additional time to satisfy those requirements.
