She said her staff is tired, but 15 <br />dedicated, and Orange County has one of the best Emergency Services departments in the 16 <br />state, and maybe in the U.S. She said her staff is thankful to the Orange County Board of 17 <br />Commissioners. 18 <br />Chair Rich said she has been working closely with EMS on Covid-19, and she thanked 19 <br />the department for its great efforts.
