• C. Orange County Stormwater Program for Lands Within the Neuse River Basin <br />• Fine structure for violations within the originally adopted Orange County Ordinance was <br />inconsistent with the minimum State fines. This amendment corrects those minor <br />inconsistencies. The amendment also makes changes in regulatory language based <br />on recommendations from the State Attorney's General office. <br />• D. Zoning Atlas Amendment <br />Ann Moss Joyner petition to rezone property along Dodson's Crossroads from EC-5 to <br />R-1. The property is identified as Bingham Township, Map 27, Part of Lot 1 (aka Lot 1 in <br />Blueberry Hill subdivision) and contains approximately 1.05 acres more or less. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT; There is no financial impact associated with this decision. <br />Advertisement costs are included in the departmental budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Administration recommends APPROVAL of the items for the <br />August 27, 2001 .Quarterly Public Hearing. <br />
