Staff is available to research and answer questions prior to the public hearing. <br />Requests: <br />• A. Orange County Subdivision Amendments <br />• 1. Amend Section IV-B-3 Streets <br />a. Section N-B-.3-a, provision of streets rights~f~vay <br />Clarify that provision of streets right-of--way includes rights-of--way for proposed <br />future transportation facilities included in adopted local and regional <br />transportation plans. <br />b. Section IV-Bti3.b, provision for a coordinated street system <br />Clarify thata coordinated street system includes: <br />• provisions for the extension of subdivision public roads to developable <br />adjacent lots or to connect with existing public streets; and <br />• limited driveway access on major subdivision streets. <br />• B. Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance Amendments <br />• Amends the threshold requirements in the Cane Creek and the Upper Eno Watersheds <br />to the same rules as University Lake Watershed. <br />
