The application shall be placed on the Board of County Commissioners agenda within 90 <br />days of the Planning Board recommendation. <br />2. The Board shall consider the application within a reasonable amount of time. <br />3. During deliberations and consideration of the application the Board may defer <br />consideration at any point to pursue additional analysis and review. <br />4.
