At this time my only comment has to do with the layout of lots <br />21, 22, and 23. As you knave, Section 1V-J3-5 of the Orange County Subdivision <br />Regulations states that "interior lot lines extending icom ~- street should be approximately <br />perpendicular or radial to the street right-of-way lint." Lut lines can deviate from this <br />standard when deviation is necessary in artier to provide a lot with a suitable area for a <br />septic system. Tn the present case, however, the subdivision has not been developed, and <br />the developer has created the necessity For irregularly shaped lots in his effort to <br />maximize the number of lots in the subdivision.
