• Second Action: <br />1. The Planning Board in a 5 to 2 vote recommended approval December 6, 2000. The <br />Board was concerned about the water pressure availability and was informed that the <br />resolution provided for Emergency Management to approve the water lines. The <br />applicant has since agreed to allow individual wells on each lot. <br />• Third Action: Board of County Commissioners to consider the Preliminary Plan <br />Options: <br />1. The Board shall consider the application within a reasonable amount of time. <br />2. During deliberations and consideration of the application the Board may defer <br />consideration at any point to pursue additional analysis and review. <br />3.
