25 <br /> 1 John Roberts said he sent out a summary of the two Covid-19 response bills. <br /> 2 John Roberts referred to the eviction diversion program, and said an update will <br /> 3 be provided at the May 191" Business meeting. He said staff will be asking the BOCC to <br /> 4 approve an eviction diversion program. <br /> 5 John Roberts said he responded last week to Commissioner Dorosin's questions <br /> 6 about the possibility of war bonds in a recent meeting, and in his response he mentioned <br /> 7 the Community Investment Fund. He said Annette Moore, Human Rights and Relations <br /> 8 Director, is very interested in establishing something like this as an additional funding <br /> 9 opportunity for an eviction diversion program. <br /> 10 Commissioner Dorosin asked if it would be possible to get some general <br /> 11 information about the community investment fund program. <br /> 12 John Roberts said the County would have no authority over it, but fosters <br /> 13 community spirit and would be managed by an outside entity. He said it would be for <br /> 14 established for purposes such as eviction diversion, etc. He said something similar <br /> 15 exists for Animal Services, and Bob Jessup, Bond Counsel, would be happy to speak <br /> 16 with the BOCC about this idea. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 11. *Appointments <br /> 19 NONE <br /> 20 <br /> 21 12.
