ii <br />Coo eration Amon the Parties <br />SECTION 29 <br />Whenever consent, action or inaction is required, such consent, :action or inaction will not be withheld <br />unreasonably by either party. <br />SECTION 30 <br />Severability <br />The invalidity of ane or more of the phrases, sentences, clauses or Sections contained in this Agreement shall <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portion of the Agreement so long as the material purposes of this <br />Agreement can be determined and implemented. <br />SECTION 31 <br />Successors and Assigns <br />`This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors and assigns. <br />Entire <br />SECTION 32 <br />This Agreement and any attachments attached hereto contain the entire Agreement between the parties as to <br />the matters contained herein.
