The Board provides oversight for the use of <br />Workforce Investment Act funds and oversight of the JabLink programs including Orange <br />County's Skills Development Center, The County's representatives on this Board include Keith <br />Norwood, Cleon Currie, Shirley Caraway, Dianne Reid, Sandra Sanchez and Nancy Coston. <br />Each year, the Partnership prepares an annual report of its accomplishments and presents it to <br />the Board of County Commissioners. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact for receiving the report. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board accept the Regional <br />Partnership Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2003-2004. <br />
